Entire RADS team undergoes Lean Manufacturing training
The RADS Team are now Lean trained. A specialist in Lean training was brought in to conduct the 2 day course. The team are now familiar with: value, waste, value added processes, value stream mapping, standard work, kanban and visual management. A big Lean forward for the RADS team.
