We provide a comprehensive range of services to help clients meet the challenges of deep submergence operations in the 21st century.  For those projects that require innovative thinking and pragmatic solutions we offer a design and consultancy service specialising in the custom design of fibre-optic and electrical penetrations, pressure tolerant electronic systems, lightweight pressure vessels and acrylic ports, through to the design and manufacture of new concept ROVs, AUVs and submersibles. We also offer high pressure testing, evaluation, qualification and certification services (for materials, equipment, electrical and electronic systems), hydroclave and materials testing.  For those clients wishing to modify existing vehicles or construct robust, lightweight, alternatives we offer Isofloat® fibre-reinforced structural syntactic foam (originally developed to form the chassis and floatation of the full ocean depth submersible Deepsea Challenger).

Our clients are drawn from Defence, exploration and subsea industries through to the world’s leading research and educational institutions.

Our test and syntactic production facilities are situated in St Peters, Sydney close to Kingsford Smith Airport and major transport links.
